I'm a proud father based in Melbourne, Australia. With thirty years’ experience in barbecuing behind me, specialising in Weber Kettles. My love of food and my passion for barbecue lead to me writing and starring in my own TV show. This then opened the door to competing on the Australian BBQ Competition scene. I now run a growing YouTube channel, with a thriving Facebook community group of likeminded people who love barbecue and wish to learn. My aim is to teach people how easy barbecue is, by giving them the correct information from the very beginning and breaking down the information into an easy to follow format. Along this journey, I have been awarded the Australian Barbecue Awards Personality of the year and also selected by YouTube as a Creator on the Rise, and I'm currently the Austraian Barbecue Alliance Content Creator of the Year.
